Are MARLOWE. products vegan?

All of our products are vegan.
 

Are MARLOWE. products cruelty-free?

Our products are cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.

 

Do MARLOWE. products contain parabens and/or phthalates?

All of our products are free of parabens and phthalates.

 

Will your products cause skin irritation?

Every person’s skin is different and while we are unable to determine each individual reaction, we have done rigorous testing with the customer’s safety front of mind. If you are known to have highly sensitive skin, we suggest testing the product on a small area of the body.

 

Do MARLOWE. products contain fragrance?

Some of our products contain fragrance, while some are fragrance-free. Marlowe products with fragrances contain a blend of natural and synthetic fragrances.

 

Do you provide coupons?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer coupons for our products. However, keep your eye out for MARLOWE. special offers, updates and announcements by signing up for our newsletter!
 

There’s a problem with my order/product. What do I do?

My favorite product got discontinued! How can I get it back? 

We have our favorites, too. We will do our best to bring back retired products as soon as we can. However, keep your eye out for MARLOWE. special offers, updates and announcements by signing up for our newsletter!
 

 

What’s your shipping policy?

Marlowe generally ships via UPS Ground as standard service. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We know you are excited to receive your product and we will work to insure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.

All orders placed before 11 am, PST are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.
 
When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order. For any questions regarding shipping, our Marlowe Experts are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm PST, except for holidays. You can contact us via email at info@marloweskin.com. Please allow 48 business hours for a response to your email.
