Marlowe’s current return policy permits a full refund for purchases of products within sixty (60) days of your purchase date, minus the cost of shipping. If sixty (60) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All purchase transactions made through the Site are subject to Marlowe’s return policy in effect at the time of purchase. For items to be eligible for a return, you must ship the product back in its original packaging, as best as possible, your receipt and the reason for the return. We only accept returns for items purchased on Marloweskin.com.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
To return your product, please include your order number* and email email@example.com to confirm the return address for your item(s) to be sent to.
*Your four digit order number can be found on your original packing slip, for example : #MM1001
You will be responsible for paying for the cost of shipping to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Marlowe cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 14 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.
Please note that, depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to apply to your account.
